30 Day Money Back Guarantee - You may return materials for a full refund (postage excluded) provided they are unused and in new, saleable condition AND that you return them within 30 days of receiving them. Please include a copy of your invoice. Note: You must return books via insured Postal Service or UPS. We cannot be responsible for returns which are not insured. (If you receive books that have been damaged in transit please contact us. Be sure to save all your packaging materials. We will send instructions.) We reserve the right to refuse any return after 30 days but, at our discretion, we will accept older returns if they are in new condition and are current, however, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Occasionally we receive a return in which a child has written. When this happens we may offer to buy the book back as 'USED' or return it to you, at your postage expense. We will contact you regarding this situation before we do anything.

Christian and Selected Secular Publishers Included - We carry books from both Christian and selected secular publishers. We have indicated which books are from Christian publishers by placing a in the margin before the title.
 

Method of Payment - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, electronic checks, personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks in U.S. funds only (We're sorry, no personal checks from Canada). If your order is over $ 250.00, please use a credit card, Paypal, or send a money order or cashier's check so we can ship your order right away. Personal checks over $ 250.00 will need to clear before we ship. (This could delay your order for 10 to 14 working days.) All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 charge.

Domestic Priority - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO Orders to these destinations will be shipped USPS surface for the rates above unless you click on or specify "Domestic Priority" when you order. When you click our "Domestic Priority" button on the website, you will be charged double the rates above. If you are mailing your order to us please indicate "Domestic Priority"on your order form and include double the rates above. International Priority - including Canada, Mexico, and Overseas International orders will be shipped via International Priority Service. The actual charges are usually about 40% to 70% of the order total. The amount calculated by our website when you click on the "International Priority" button will be a total of approximately 65% with a $25.00 minimum charge. HOWEVER, we will only charge you the ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES plus a $5.00 handling fee when we fill your order. If shipping/handling costs amount to more than the approximated shipping charges, we will email you with the total charges and wait to hear from you before we ship. Your shipped order should arrive within 6 to 10 days.

State Sales Tax

Backorders - We rarely have to backorder any item. We strive to keep an ample supply of every book in our catalog. If we do run out, we usually have the book back in stock within one week and we will ship it to you immediately. If we are out because a publisher has run out, we will give you an estimate of the time it will take for us to obtain the book. This happens very rarely.
